At the Holiday Inn Pudong Shanghai, you'll be greeted by helpful and professional staff. The rooms, known for their cleanliness, brightness, and spaciousness, are comfortable retreats. While some are windowless, the hotel’s location is near various restaurants, coffee shops, and the Zhongke Road Metro (Line 13), which adds to its appeal. Lukin Coffee and Family Mart are just a few metres away, with a McDonald's next to the reception/entrance area. A mall within walking distance also offers more dining and shopping options.

The staff were fantastic. They helped with ordering taxis and general questions and were very helpful and attentive. Would stay again.

Breakfast was ok, location is kinda quiet. Basic necessity is available. The room was clean and comfortable. The smart room was equip with voice control.

The staff were nice and checking in was easy for a foreigner. It was a good room for a reasonable price. The hot shower was great.

Desktop personal is amazing, location is peaceful and central, breakfast is very good, excellent room, the hotel robot 🤖 is funny 😆.
